We do not use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials unless you have subscribed to such services on our site. Depending on the services requested and data provided, your data may by stored on our professional systems provided by our affiliated host agency Travel Professionals International, and with partners Travefy and Clientbase/Sabre. These services are used in providing you with quotes and information as requested. You may review their Data and Privacy Policies linked above.

We will never sell your information to a third-party. Sharing of information provided through forms on this website and is limited to the companies listed above which are required for us to quote, plan and book travel services on your behalf.

How long we retain your data:

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What rights you have over your data:

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
