Frequently Asked Questions
The Retirees Club is free to join and is available to anyone who resides in Nova Scotia who is retired, or soon to be retired. The group meets once a month in Halifax / Bedford (prior to Covid) and will return to regular meetings as soon as possible. It is currently, primarily a virtual Facebook Group where people come to connect, learn about group tours and be inspired with new travel ideas.
Normally, we do offer options for solo travellers, but due to the limited size of this particular group trip, only double occupancy is available.
If you are a solo traveller and would be willing to share a room with another solo traveller, please contact Shari to let her know. While she will not pair travellers up, she will connect solo travellers so they may decide for themselves if they wish to room together.
The maximum number of participants for our private group tour is ten. All tour activities will follow the Covid-19 regulations set out by the Nova Scotia government at the time of travel. You can take comfort in knowing you'll be travelling only with fellow Nova Scotian's in a small group.
